Digiteq is operated by Digiteq Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 03730207). Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Digiteq Holdings Limited is the data controller.
What we collect
When you use Digiteq, we may collect:
- Your name and company name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project requirements and any details you provide
- Investment or acquisition enquiry details (business URL, revenue range, operating history, and related information you submit)
- Newsletter subscription preferences
We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, referral source, device type) through Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings. These are retained for operational and security purposes and are not used for marketing or profiling.
What we do not collect
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not run retargeting pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we use your data
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, and improve the Digiteq experience. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for automated decision-making.
Specifically, we use data for:
- responding to enquiries submitted through our contact or investment forms
- sending newsletter updates to confirmed subscribers
- understanding aggregate site usage patterns to improve our content and user experience
- maintaining the security and performance of our website
Third-party processors
We use the following services to process data on our behalf:
- Vercel (hosting and deployment) — processes technical request data
- HubSpot (CRM and form handling) — stores contact form submissions and manages email communications
- Resend (email delivery) — delivers transactional and newsletter emails
- Plausible Analytics (website analytics) — processes anonymous usage data, hosted in the EU
Each of these processors maintains their own privacy policies and operates under data processing agreements appropriate to the data they handle.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and CRM records are retained for the duration of any active business relationship, plus 24 months after the last interaction. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and cannot be linked to individuals.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us at privacy@digiteq.io to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
