Last updated: 1 June 2026

Digiteq Holdings ("Digiteq", "we", "our") operates digiteq.io and related services. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that data.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit a form on our site, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name, website URL, area of interest, and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing business relationship.

Newsletter subscriptions. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this to send you periodic updates about Digiteq, our portfolio companies, and our published insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Analytics data. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible collects aggregate, anonymous usage data including page views, referral sources, browser type, and country. No individual visitors are identified or tracked. Full details of Plausible's privacy practices are available at plausible.io/data-policy.

Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and user agent strings. These are retained for operational and security purposes and are not used for marketing or profiling.
